Glowing Liquor Bottle Black Light Display

A glowing liquor bottle display is an awesome way to turn the typical college liquor bottle trophy display into something people will take notice of, and an even cooler idea if you are planning on throwing a black light party.

Things You Will Need:

• - Empty Liquor Bottles (Goodluck!)
• - A Blacklight (preferably a tube so that you can illuminate more bottles)
• - Assorted highlighters
• - Vodka or rubbing alcohol (Optional, but recommended)
   

Step 1

If you couldn't find any empty liquor bottles your first step is to buy some various alcohols. The more variety you have in the bottle shapes and sizes, the better! Next you will want to pour all this alcohol out. Afterall, you only want the bottles for this.

Step 2

Break open a highlighter to get to the liquid inside. Soak the felt in water, or vodka/rubbing alcohol, to get all the ink out. Do this for each of the highlighter colors.

Step 3

Fill each bottle up with a different highlighter color that you obtained in Step 2. You can play with different ratios of highlighter to water/vodka to achieve your desired look.

Note: The vodka/rubbing alcohol's main purpose is to prevent your solution from becoming moldy inside the bottle. Just using a highlighter/water solution will work just fine.

Step 4

Cap the bottles and arrange your display.
